In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item at no cost to you. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

If you choose to return an item for reasons other than defects or damage, we ask that you cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
