The first is if you are only replacing a worn out Closer, you will reduce your costs by not purchasing unnecessary hardware. The second is that by adding accessories, you can get a Closer with the exact items you need for the application. Just select an appropriate Closer and add the different accessory items you need (Pivots, Arms etc.) to create the Closer package of your choice.
